Project Snapshot - Week 229

Each week, Project Snapshot captures a memory from the past few days - either with a camera, words, or both.

Time passes in the blink of an eye - see which treasured memory will join the year's collection for this week:

My Snapshot(s)

The past few weeks we've been reading through a really great book (Child's Introduction to Art) and of course one section covered Michelangelo, so when I walked through the kitchen and saw this going on, I knew immediately what Gv was up to.

She even thought about the fact that paint might drip on her face, so she used our little marker-and-water paint trick (you know, where you color something with marker and then paint water over it to make it bleed?) to keep things dry.

I've seen the Sistine Chapel in real life and it's amazing, but let me tell you, this little masterpiece was way cuter!

What was your favorite memory from this past week?  I'd love to hear!  Either leave a comment below or email me at lisahealy (at) outlook (dot) com.
